Steve has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial development and real estate industry, having participated in some of the most visible and challenging development and redevelopment projects in the Southeast US. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker Sales Associate and Licensed Professional Engineer. As a former national engineering firm’s Senior Principal, Steve’s real estate knowledge, technical expertise, and local connections can assist clients in creating and implementing real estate deals from initial concept through construction.
